If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you can return it to us by mail.
Contact us first
If for whatever reason you're unhappy with your purchase and you require a refund or replacement item, you must contact us to let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Please email us at email@example.com stating:
- your Order Number,
- email address used to pay for the item
- and issue with the item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition in all original packaging.
Please note: Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
In order to save you time and ensure your refunds/exchanges are processed quickly and efficiently, please follow the returns procedure below.
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.
Include a return note Please write a note detailing which item(s) you are returning, quantity, and reason for return. You must include all the paperwork that was delivered with the item. Place in package with items being returned.
Write reference number on package When you email email@example.com, we will provide you with a reference number to place on the outside of the package. Please note, the return will not be accepted without this.

Send us the tracking information Once you have sent the package, it is important that you send us the tracking information for your package. This ensures that the retun will be properly received by the warehouse.
What happens next?
Your refund will be processed Your refund will be credited back via the payment method you used to pay for your order. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
